To donate or receive items through Med-Eq membership is necessary. Once membership has been approved, any organization or individual can donate medical supplies or equipment through Med-Eq. Eligibility to receive available items requires not-for-profit status and your organizations IRS 501c3 designation letter on file with Med-Eq. Please supply complete contact information, a description of your organization or situation (Please, please, please create a unique name in the "organization" field even if you are a private citizen), and the type of work you are involved in via our Become a Member form. Then email, or fax (203.785.5241) us your 501C3 if you would like to become a receiving charity.
Med-Eq has 3 types of membership: Donors, guest-recipients and super-recipients. Super-recipients* pay a very modest yearly fee (based on annual their not-for-profit budget), and have priority when requesting items. All three types of members may donate at any time. Super and guest-recipients earn priority by posting donations.
