This unit has 135 hrs use. Works fine. No manual as it requires a Doctor to prescribe use. Vest is sized for someone who weighs about 140-160lbs on average. Also one of the tubes that attach from vest to unit has small hole in it that does not appear to affect the operation of the unit.

| I am the owner and sole chiropractic physician in Southern Illinois at Rosewood Chiropractic Clinic. I have an x-ray unit that I am wanting to donate to a charitable organization. I would not be able to disassemble (I may be able to find and arrange someone to disassemble) or ship it to you.
It is an old unit but has always taken clinically accurate and professional films. I only stopped using this unit when insurance reimbursement made it difficult to justify its use. It has been regularly serviced by a local radiology company and had been annually inspected (and passed) by the Illinois Emergency Management Agency up to 2008. I have the adhesive bandages on 3 palates. There are approximately 20,000 small boxes each holding 50 round sterile and individually wrapped bandages about the size of a quarter. The small individual boxes fit into approximately 100 larger card board boxes. The total shipment weight was approximately 1700 pounds. The bandages are good for 2 years for sterility.

| Here are two identical Pelton & Crane Dental units ("The Executive") probably from the early to mid 1970's that are still functional. I was using them exclusively until around Feb 07 which is when I purchased new equipment. Both of these units were removed from the operatories & placed in a metal (waterproof) storage container in my parking lot and have been there since. Patterson Dental supply removed the old units & installed the new ones so to the best of my knowledge, everything is still in working order. Each "room" consists of a wall console cabinet with sinks on each side and the handpiece delivery, air/water syringe tip & suction located in the center of the wall console. I also believe there is a hot water heater for each cabinet as well. Again, these were the two delivery units I was using exclusively up until Feb 2007. Please note, the picture also shows a ceiling mounted light which is NOT available for donation -- only the cabinet behind the patient chair (which goes from wall to wall) is available for donation. | Two sets of aluminum and two sets of wooden adjustable crutches in good condition with padded handles and tips. Normal scratches and light wear, still in 7.5 + of 10 condition.
The aluminum crutches are McKesson Medi-Pak Performance with 5 position adjustable grips and push button adjustable legs (5-6').
The wooden crutches are of similar length and adjustability with wingnuts and three position handgrips.

| Air Cast ankle boot, size large

| One Royce Medical air cast for a left ankle (it appears it could work on either foot in a pinch) in a large size. It is in great condition with almost no wear. (about a 9 of 10 stars) It has 5 substantial velcro straps and a blue pump ball with an inflate / deflate knob located just below the pump. The sole is rockered for walking and the insole is well cushioned. This is one great boot. |
