| Answer: | It would be great if we could tell you "yes". Usually if the entity is for-profit donations are tax deductible whereas Non-profit organizations generally will not be able to deduct donations. However, this is not our field of expertise and so....
Our advice is to consult with the accountants and attorneys of the donor institution for definitive counsel.
